Kove could never forget about @Starbuck, even though he could not spend every second of his days with her. He made an effort to visit her as often as he could, though. If ever there was anything that she needed done, he’d do it, that way she’d not hurt herself even more than she already had. Today, he’d set out passed the borders and then proceeded to hunt, his efforts having continued until there swung from his jaws a plump hare. It would be enough for her, he assumed, and so he’d headed towards the den that he’d left her in.

Upon his arrival, he placed the rabbit down outside of the entrance, and then lowered his stomach towards the ground in order to peek inside; he would not enter unless he was asked to do so, not wanting to invade her personal space or trip all over her. “Hello,” he’d greeted, right before having nosed the rabbit closer to the opening. “I brought you something.” The man had considered fishing for her, but decided against it after realizing that a warm body might be better for her healing than a cold one.
