Gilded Bay saints and ghosts

Truth be told, Leiagore had been watching the parasite from her perch atop a collection of frosted boulders since her arrival at the bay. She knew little about the pale creature and ,with her and @Mnemosyne travelling a way behind Meteora and the main body of the band, she was yet to think of her as any more than an outsider. Shifting her weight slightly, she moved swiftly across the bay, eyes narrowed, until she came to pause near to Florence.

The wolf was lucky in the sense that dark Nereides had no bone to pick with her. In the case of a prominent stranger, then the situation would have differed strongly. For now, though, she merely watched from a distance as Florence hunted her way through the tide pools.
