Moments of just silence, existing in a cruel world, were rare, so she savoured the moment while it lasted. However, something was bugging her, and she could not keep quiet much longer. After a few more minutes, she spoke up, keeping her gaze fixed on something in the horizon. The wind ruffled her fur slightly, perhaps somewhat elegantly, but she resisted the urge to shiver again.

"Do you... believe in love..?" She asked, more of a slight whisper than a real question. She wanted to know his thoughts on the matter. Personally, she did not. The number of times she had been hurt was too many to count. The Empress had given up on believing love. But what did he think?
