Did she only have a few members, then?  Was she expecting to start a war and needed soldiers?  There's that whole thing about not looking gift horses in the mouth, but anyone who came bearing gifts with Quixote's name on them always got suspicion in return.  It wasn't like he was some super handsome prince with magic powers that filled his pack's stores with unicorn meat or something.  Quixote was just some vaguely annoying guy with trust issues.
