The rivers of his creativity and his imagination ran wild when he was roaming around in unknown, strange lands. The territory was perfect for a small gathering, a bonfire and creepy stories; oh and marshmallows. Unfortunately wolves could do neither marshmallows nor bonfires so he was left behind with creepy stories instead. His mind wondered what kind of strange creatures would lurk here within the heart of the wetlands.
Suddenly feeling either very brave or stupid, Mees recklessly trudged forward while not taking into consideration the possible risks involved. Just to warn anyone not to mess with the best, he raised his tail high like a banner. No one would dare to harm him, or so he hoped. The youngster was trapped inside his own imagination as he bravely strode onwards while in the mean time Mees' orange eyes checked every twig, stone and tree; to make sure it really was as safe as he thought.
Just as he was about to think it really was safe, the black male heard a voice. His ears turned upwards like little radar beacons but he didn't hear the sound any longer. Then his bright eyes captured the reflection of an enigmatic wolf who fascinated him. She appeared to be friendly; but could he trust her? "Stop, stop it right there!" Mees said loud and clear as he tried to appear taller. He rolled his shoulders forward and craned his neck upwards. "Just a warning to you that maybe wolves around these parts breathe fire!" As if - as if that was really convincing (for ..it really wasn't).
