Like Waern, Rannoch had been questioning the actions of Moonspear's leadership. To him, the situation did not sit right was him, and Rannoch had spent a majority of his time since Galaxy's death contemplating what had happened and his place within Moonspear. Rannoch knew that he did not want to align himself with wolves that so easily condemned the innocent.
Rannoch meandered with these thoughts in mind, and he ranged further from the heart of the territory. It was as he wandered as he came across the scent trail of a familiar wolf, and he redirected himself to see where Waren was. It had been some time since he had last seen her, and Rannoch wondered how she was faring in light of everything that had happened recently.
He approached from behind her, chuffing as he slowly approached as he attempted not to startle her.
