"Hey Rannoch!" came Jarilo's call, and quickly, Rannoch found himself turning in the direction from where the call had originated. "Jarilo!" replied Rannoch with a smile as his negative thoughts were quickly pushed aside. "Just the wolf I was looking for," he said happily, as he turned heel and walked towards where the boy was perched. 

"I wanted to catch up with you," Rannoch said once he stopped before Jarilo's rocky seat. "Want to talk and patrol with me?" he asked with a smile, hoping that the dark-pelted child would be up for it.
