Stone Circle Tonight we feast

From his possition on the bison Howl had control of the bison's front leg, which kicked like its back legs, trying its darnest to get these wolves off of it. But it was no use and with the help of the other members the bison was quickly injured and tuckered out. Valette went in for the final kill and Howl made sure the bison would not get an opportuity to strike her as she did. It was a quick kill and the beast fell still shortly after.

He released his grib and licked the blood which strained his muzzle. The pack had been victorious, and even though his bison had fought for its life, he still appriciated its sacrafice. Willing or not. Valette want in for the first bites, and Howl waited as she did. He wasn't sure if the plan was to still drag the bison back to where more of the pack could have access to it, but he waited on eating until it was decided. 

He was still pumping with adrenaline and didn't want to take a break to eat before halling the massive creature. If the did end up moving the beast he would put himself right in the thick of it. Pulling as much as he could with his strong build. But if it turned out that they were content with the beasts placement he would wait his turn and reward himself with the delicious feast.
