The Sunspire ocean eyes

he stood and drew her to stand beneath him, and every one of her nerves lit on fire.  she looks up at him with those swimming ocean eyes, searching his lustful features.

is this what you want?  you're sure?  she had to be sure.  even if he just wanted her because it made him forget (or made him remember) or if it was because he was caught up in the moment, she wanted to make sure her partner was willing.
