It did not fall under Týr notice that his request for judicious information might have repercussive ramifications; though this was nothing short of the rekkr’s methodical researching tendencies he was not under the misunderstanding that it was always welcome. His questions were spoken with the clear intention of being prying. Some leaders did not like freely giving out information regarding their pack to a lone wolf that might join their pack but whose membership balanced on the precarious edge of the knife, the dependency of their joining resting alone on what they had to give. It was …fair to be cautious Týr supposed but he was not the type of creature to blindly follow another without getting cold hard and yes intrusive facts about the pack in question. Týr needed his decisions to be made with a relative education especially when he was not that desperate. Crystalline blue eyes watched the ebon creature stare at him with an intensity that made the earthen cloaked Viking with silver splashes under each eye shift in a manner that was almost uncomfortable without really understanding why.

“So Ferdie does lead you?” It had came out more of an acknowledgment of a statement as opposed to an actual question. He had only met the man once back in Swiftcurrent Creek and their meeting had not started off in the best of ways…it definitely could have gone better than it had. As it was Týr remembered lecturing Ferdie about approaching another pack mate with such unnecessary and excessive dominance. Brow furrowed as Jace informed him that it seemed that exact thing Týr had lectured Ferdie about was the way they worked their pack and he visibly hesitated. If there was one thing Týr couldn’t stand it was being dominated by someone who was not his leader. He was diplomatic in a way that his father had never been, but even so he found it insulting and annoying when in reality they were nothing if they were not apart of the leadership tier.

“Perhaps this is not suited to what I’m looking for, after all,” Týr murmured thoughtfully, and then figuring he might as well explain what had turned him off he added, “It is annoying and insulting when a fellow subordinate proceeds to lord themselves over me excessively and unnecessarily. As Ferdie found out,” Týr had forgiven it that time but throwing himself into a pack where being an annoying, over dominate douche was accepted and encouraged? It was turning him off of the idea at a quickening pace. He supposed he could have, if encouraged to stay, give it a try but if Jace would make no effort than neither would Týr.
