Broken Boulder now i'm feeling things, so be sure

His brows furrowed in confusion. She thought he wouldn't like her? Had he done something to make her feel that way? He had thought of nothing but her for days, but he had fought his need to seek her out, and maybe that had been a mistake. "I'm sorry if I gave you that impression." He nuzzled her cheek once more unable to keep from touching her. "I...Like you very much, so please don't ever think I don't." 

He moved closer to her, his gaze taking in her every detail and committing it to memory. "Beautiful," he said, his eyes full of raw emotion. He hadn't actually meant to say it out loud, but now that he had, he was glad she knew how he really felt. Maybe now she wouldn't doubt the way he felt about her.

He watched her eat the rabbit, happy to have been able to care for. She thanked him and offered her affection once more. "You're very welcome," He said as he leaned into her affection, drawing in her scent; it was mingled with his and he couldn't help but feel a possessive pride at the thought that others would scent him on her. 

He grinned at her lighthearted comment and offered a gentle shoulder bump in return, careful not to hurt her, and nuzzled her once more. it seemed he couldn't help but indulge his need to touch her.
