That's ok! I'm just glad to be back in the game, so to speak. :)
Stopping to lick the hurting back right hip, he stood and shook, wincing slightly as the muscles pulled. He started back to walking, limping a bit. Hearing another creature, his head came up sharply. It didn't take long to see the...wolf? He blinked, but the sight didn't go away. It looked like a wolf, but the tail seemed broken. Chuffing, he tilted his head a bit before slowly stepping forward, curiousity on his face as he tried to figure out exactly what he was. The male looked almost scruffy, and the frosted with black wolf sniffed a bit more. He definitely wasn't up from where he had lived.
You probably don't understand, so I'm going to try your language...hopefully we can get somewhere. He knew a bit more of their language than most of his siblings, but it still felt weird when it came out of his mouth, so he spoke slowly and watched the other wolf, hoping he understood. His speech was on the edge of being broken, but came out smoothly.
Name is Tomkin. You?
