The Sentinels hear the ocean breathe, exhale upon the shore

There was something relieving about her presence there. The titan was not certain that he could have endured the constant pressure of Velen and Rannveig for much longer. There was something hauntingly familiar about Lilia; it was as though she eased the war inside of him simply by existing. If he attempted to dig deeper, perhaps it could be said that it was because of her similarities to their mother. Perhaps, it was something more than that. As it was, Ford was not good at searching his own emotions. He believed that they were useless things with very little purpose, and that left him with a hollowness that would never be filled.

The warhound placed a smile on his features, and swept his gaze to meet her. Then, he tossed his muzzle in the direction of their intended claim. “We've found it, and we have already started to grow our numbers,” he explained to her. The rich smokiness in his baritone voice lingered on the air before it vanished. There was a pride in what he said; they were accomplishing what they had intended to do.
