Wildfire's immediate relief in finding Bat here, and her evident joy, brought a complicated mix of emotions with it for Kiwi.  Jealousy; Bat had left.  Kiwi had stayed, and had made this trip with her.  Why was she so special? Mixed with relief that she was alive, and anger that she was here the whole time.  Not a great combo.

Smothering a small inferno brewing in her middle, she turned away, decidedly ignoring anything that might go on for the remainder.  She would speak if spoken to, but otherwise, she was checked out and ready for some alone time.
