Usually a more alert man perhaps he would have seen the young female slink around behind him, but in this place, in his current state of mind... and with his eyes closes, she had gone unnoticed. His mind was searching back to that day and what had transpired. It was almost as though he could hear her speaking beside him. Do you mind staying here just for a bit?
