phone post before bed. excuse the suckyness of this post~

Chumani merely scoffed, almost to the point where she had abruptly laughed in derision in efforts to show how childish the youngling took offense to the meaningless nickname; but, the black she-wolf simply shook her head in subtle response. Since it clearly upsetted Hela, the black she-wolf shrugged it off; crumbling it as if it were a piece of notebook paper and tossing it in the waste basket in seemingly efforts to start over. “Calm down,” the Storjford daughter began with a seemingly confident tone. “I meant nothing by it—”  she announced truthfully, allowing a soft pause to gravitate between her choice of words before her ears rolled up on her head, chin directing itself fully at Hela. “I’m Chumani!”

For a brief moment, her dull green eyes flashed themselves back in the direction of the dimming sky as the sun began to disappear slowly beyond the horizon, but within a few milliseconds, her attention switched back to Hela, curiosity peaked at her inquiry. She was into stargazing like herself? “Yes— I always look at the stars before retiring to bed. Sometimes, I find myself staying up all night because there are so much that stars can tell us!” Chumani stated; of course, many individuals didn’t know the secrets that they held. While the Storjford daughter was only a mere child herself; stargazing was always one of the most fascinating subject that she had learned from her parents and elders in her previous pack ( before, the fire and everyone fled ). Otherwise, if Chumani wasn’t interested, the black she-wolf would have lulled herself off to dreamland and eventually fell asleep. But, that was never ever the case with stargazing!
So, it was a bit obvious in her excited tone that Chumani was more than happy to admit that she was stargazing. And, this was always the perfect time to take a seat and look up at the nighttime sky; as the lights were dimming, an individual was able to see the brightest stars that made up certain constellations and as it got darker throughout the hours of dusk, smaller and less notable stars were finally able to be seen as well.
