@Shadow
Auburn body moved swiftly across the grassy fields and meadows of the creek. Green eyed gaze took in the surrounding area as black nose lifted to smell the air and what tidings it brought. Twitch of whiskers and small sniff was all you heard of the dark creature as he walked. Grief stricken gaze and scar shaped in the daylight, catching glimpses of the sun as he walked.
He tore up the ground in long purposeful strides. Pausing every so often to mark the borders with a lifted leg and continue on. Maintaining the borders was what he was good at, meeting other wolves not so much. He was content with his existence, work and sleep, he did not need too have the fluff of other’s problems in his life. His was a simple existence and he liked it that way, once upon a time it had not been so, but grief and time had made the scarred man aloof and cold, not that he tried to be. The death of his family when he had been chosen to live, was too much for him to bear. It had snuffed out the sparkle in his eye and the zest in his step. Now he was just Kieran O’Malley a fatherless son.
