Blue took the nuzzle in kind, enjoying the touch of a friend, a comfort to her on a dark day. Blue was not one that changed easily, she went along with change yes, but she did not change her own self for anyone or anything. She was what she was a healer, a friend, a sister, a daughter and a leader now added to her list. This whole accident with Atticus was hard on Willow for numerous reasons. The forthright one being that she was in love with him and it hurt to see him so hurt. Another being that everyone by this point expected her to be able to heal everything, because up until now she had healed everything, but this just wasn’t that easy. And in that aspect she felt as if she was letting those closes to him down.
Though the joke was not that funny Blue cracked a smile anyway, pleased that her friend was trying to cheer her up. I’ll have to hunt down a unicorn and a reindeer and some gifts for you then, we don’t want you not to have that homecoming even if it is a whole season away. Willow looked up at her friend and then down sadness on her countenance. I know it is his fight, but that doesn’t make it any easier to watch and not be able to do a thing. I love him Osprey I do not know what you were told, I was to be his and now…now he’s so sick…it hurts, but I am optimistic that he will pull through, he has too much going for him not to do so. If it was permanent he would not be able to eat or walk, but I do not know when it will wear off it could be weeks, months, or years. She grew quiet then but thank you so very much Osprey that makes me feel a little bit better and I am glad you appreciate what I have done, even if it isn’t much but care for him.
