Wood. Woods? Chanel's warm eyes flickered upwards and away from the pup, to the east where a wooded place lied in clear sight. Could that be it? She wouldn't expect the child to know for sure, but she decided checking the scent markers would be enough. So she picked up the girl by her nape, delicately- knowing that she wasn't too keen on being held. It wasn't far, and once the stench of a foreign pack began to hit her, she halted and gently set down the pup.
Is this the place, darling? Do you know? She smell reminded her vaguely of the boy she'd met once before- Valour- but she pushed that thought to the back of her mind, choosing to focus on the present.
