Snowforest Taiga living without you

flowers were very pretty, yes. alsek had begun collecting them while at whitebark, and now missed his small collection more than anything.. even his parents! assured that the strange woman would bring him something to look at, he nodded his head and continued picking at the squirrel. 

but he couldn't wait alone forever. he was conflicted between staying, doing as he was told, and going after her to help. would she still give him the flowers if he disobeyed? alsek didn't give himself enough time to weigh the options before walking excitedly in her path, chirping to the nearby birds.
