What was this male doing here, interfering with what he was doing? He didn't need the help of a stranger, one that was probably weaker than him, a pathetic wolf. He probably didn't even know anything, other packs probably only accepted him because of his size and strength. But Shadow did not show it, he had always been able to hide his real emotions and nobody had been able to see through it for sometime. Only the ones that knew him best could see through his mask, and even if they did so, they could only see a bit of his thoughts. A stranger most certainly could not.
His usual smirk and hardened expression came across his face, eyes glimmering with amusement as he stared at the male. "Nah, I don't need to find anything or anyone. They'll find me sooner or later." he flashed the male a wry grin. "I agree that two noses are better than one, but in this case I disagree. After all I have always been able to track anything and anyone down with just myself."
He flashed the male another smirk, tilting his head slightly as he dipped his head down to lap at the creek waters, licking the droplets off his chin as he raised his head up and regarded the male thoughtfully.
