"No one did. I did not, say I was, nor do I wish I was, because I wouldnt have been able to raise you into the strong individual you are today. I would be proud to have you as a son, but thats not something I want. I would make a horrible father figure, anyway." He laughed coldly at that statement, "Oh, I wouldn't think so. My father was the worse father in the entire world." he said in a pleasant tone, tilting his head to one side slowly, a smirk gracing his handsome features.
"Then don't take it. Its not as if you are forced to. I dont force anyone to do anything. Your life is your own, lad. I stated an opinion, in the same manner as you had. And your opinion is that I'm an old man. I myself, do not see me as old, but I see that you see me as old. Its not a problem to me." He laughed softly, half amused. "Hmm, okay. Although you are really old, many wolves would share the same opinion as me." he said, cocking his head as he gazed at the older male. An arrogant glint in his eyes, one that he purposely made although the older male wouldn't know it. It was too real.
"Why would I be dead on my travels here?" confusion evident in the male's hazel eyes. The sterling outrider laughed coldly, steely gaze glancing briefly at the creek before meeting the older male's eyes again. "You're old, aren't you?" he said, an icy smirk flashing across his face.
