"Yes, I, Raven Nightclaw pledge myself to the pack and all the members. I will protect the pack with my life if necessary and I will come when you call." she replied softly.

Then as an old tradition in her old pack, she crouched down in front of him and licked both of his paws in submission to him and to give him her full support and loyalty before withdrawing, head still bowed in front of her new Alpha.
