Blackfoot Forest fascinating

Izumi drifted closer towards the tall trees, scrunching her muzzle at the putrid odor surrounding them. Rotting leaves, dampened soil, and animal carcasses hidden among the ground ruined what once seemed like a decent place to explore — everything here smelled rotted to hell. And sadly, the raindrops that fell from a darkened sky did not make her experience any better. It was upsetting to say the least — though no such thing could've been seen on an expressionless face which always showed little emotion. Instead, the tail that lashed like a whip behind her was enough proof of Izumi's soured mood.

Just as the she-wolf was about to turn back and attempt to make a different turn out of here, her lavender visionaries stamped themselves on a moving blur from the distance. The wolf's pelt was draped in silver and difficult to miss among the drab swampy colors making up the foliage. Maybe she could talk to them. Izumi sped her pace to catch up to them and when she eventually did, she'd place a paw on their shoulder to catch their attention. "Excuse me?" Izumi spoke in her foreign tongue to test whether their was a language barrier or not. If such a thing was true however, that meant she'd have to resort to broken English...
