So she did not see them either....
Izumi had asked so many strangers and passerbyers for information at this point, but it seemed like no one in these foreign lands had a single clue that could lead Izumi anywhere in her search. A wry longingness tugged heavily at the crane's heart strings like weights. This was frustrating — all of it. A dulege of all things ruining her plans to lead her siblings to safe lands and separating them from each other — she felt like roaring in anger to release the pent up annoyance that built up in her chest.
Though wasting time on petty things such as anger would lead Fujiwara nowhere; she'd been taught that much at a young age. And at this point in time, it would've been much more efficient to search for the pack on her own in order to seek safety.
"Arigatō." the young girl said passively to the other, thanking the silvery fae with a dip of her pale crown before promptly turning to pace away. It was not their fault for not having the information Izumi needed; it was nobody's fault. The lack of knowledge simply meant that Homura and his clan of wretched wolves have not come looking in this area, so at least some good came out of this...
I don't mind at all, your writing is still lovely ^-^! If you'd like, we can wrap up the thread after Prim's next post?
