After leaving Kaistleoki, Spica and @Syrma set off in northern direction to find the faerie pack that Syrma'd mentioned. Already Spica was excited to find that they were going on an adventure together! There were a lot of different scents hanging around the plateau and Spica couldn't help but think back to when they were kids. It was unclear whether it was actually inhabited now, and Spica decided to skirt around it just in case. Following the plains beside the Plateau lead the pair of them towards Ravensblood Forest, the place where they'd last seen @Acheron and where they'd met Finley from the Saints (who'd later turned up in Kaistleoki, whaaat, but Spica had never managed to ask her why).
The forest was abandoned by the Saints now and the trip through it a lot less eventful than it'd been the last time they had visited here. When they were almost through the forest and they could see glimpses of the world beyond they decided to take a break. Spica rested for maybe five minutes before she jumped up and announced,
There was something creepy about the forest, and that was pretty much why they'd decided to not rest until they were almost through. Seeing the outside world was like a nice comfort blanket to have. However, now that she had that comfort blanket on one hand Spica felt a lot more courageous to actually explore the forest and so rather than heading out of the forest, she stayed within. Spica sniffed around a bit until she found a tree that was dripping red sap. It looked like blood, and Spica let out a

I'm gonna explore a bit!and she dashed off. She knew that Syrma'd come if she wanted to, and that she'd stay and rest if she wanted that, so she didn't bother to invite her mirror image.

Wowunder her breath while she gingerly sniffed to inspect it. Cool, albeit creepy.
