Hideaway Strath I wonder, wouldn't it be nice

Whrist shoved her muzzle under the birds wing and it rolled on it’s back allowing Whrist to snuffle it’s wing and belly, obviously trusting her though it’s talon’s hooked into her underjaw until she lifted her head.

 The raven chrruped and hopped up, opening it’s wings. Understanding Whrist laied down and pressed her chin to the ground, the young bird hopped to the top of her muzzle careful not to grip to hard and The black pelted femme slowly stood then lowered her head before explosively  tossing her head way up sending the bird high into the sky where it took a few flaps flailing in the air before it caught itself taking to the sky it flew away.

Whrist chuckled thinking about how many times she had done that teaching it to fly. She elaborated for Arlette’s sake “That’s how I thought him to fly, I didn’t want him climbing trees were he could hurt himself and I wanted to be able to catch him if he failed, which he did often at first”

It was not long before the raven returned and landed upon Whirst neck burrying it’s feet into the ruff on the back of her neck. In it’s beak it held a shard of shiny frozen sap. The bird peered at Arlette and cocked it’s head before dropping the shiny sap watching it tumble to Arlette’s paw’s

Whrist sighed “See not very useful” she was not a healer and didn’t know that things saps could be used for but in the right light the frozen sap was particularly shiny,
