For the first time in days a smile slid across her maw, This male could read her despite the fact she tried not to be open towards others. She wanted to kill something, NO she needed to crush the life from something tangible and when this powerful beast was beside her the possibilities were endless.
His teeth caused electric memories to rise in the skin on her neck like waves upon the beach, She stood a moment more as he passed by, her eyes glittered with mischievous intent as they roamed his stocky and sexy form. She couldn’t help herself she echoed one on the first conversations she had ever had with him “Lead the way, Kynareth Deagon of the Abbey, I shall hunt by your side tonight.”
Quickly her lithe feminine form caught up to him ghosting along side him like a shadow. She marvelled at how much had changed much since she had first come to the teekon wilds and she wondered briefly if it was not all good changes. But from the inside it was hard to see.
The smile was still on her face as at moved amicable at his side, she had to remind herself that despite she knew had a ‘wife’ when he was here alone with her he was ‘Hers’ What would it be like if she had him all to herself? What if she had the title of ‘Wife’ Would he or she be any different? She supposed not, and she liked things the way they were now.
Then her mind flitted to Charles again, but the coy-wolf was leaving and her heart ached a little taking the edge away from her smile. She wondered if she could convince Kynareth to come with her to Charles or vice versa before Charles left. Could she convince Charles to stay?
With her mind preoccupied she didn’t see any prey, she just followed her masculine leader bumping into him occasionally without meaning to.
