The bachelor had been due to leave this area for quite some time. But the unfinished business that he watched pass him by had him tethered him here. He didn’t blame her for giving him no mind, but he didn’t like it.
”My favorite girl.” He proclaimed after her with a wide grin, taking on a quick pace to catch up to the fiery woman. She still held that savory scent that lingered behind her, a view that wasn’t too bad to look at.
Marcus sought to step directly in her path, and with a few more steps he passed her and did just that.The wanderer stood broad shouldered in front of the young wolf, years of experience holding him confident. If she tried to go around him, he would grab at her. Of course if she truly did not want him, he would never force himself onto her. It wasn’t his way. But he wouldn’t leave this area with any ‘what if’s’ left to ruminate over.
