Raiyuk didn't get much physical contact aside from the care and love of his father, so the unique attention of the girl was something new, and thrilling, and he didn't know why, except it wasn't a bad feeling.

Someone was always willing to take what the hunters brought to them, so it wouldn't take long for Raiyuk to find a place for the fish; he could try to gut it himself and splay it out for drying himself, but, that didn't seem like the most impressive thing to show his (new?) friend.

Afterwards, and with brief nervous glances to whoever worked on the fish, away they would go together.
