Her brother. If there was one weight she didn't know she carried, it was that of never being able to say goodbye to him. Everyone was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He probably thought she was dead.

What was he like... how to put this nicely... His name's Verax, He's.... dumb as fucking rocks. she snickered, almost exasperated, honestly. Once they'd been the brain and muscle that kept each other alive. N' not near as pretty as I am. A stark white paw turned inward, pressed to her chest in display, some form of girlish amusement on her face.

But it made her sad. She missed him. He was once the only one who could understand. Really, he still was. Suppose that was the curse of siblings, you're born knowing each other. But he could fight, hard to tell if he was any good at it given that he got messed up every time, but I didn't mind too much. Meant I got to practice on him.

Reminiscing was getting difficult. She'd tried to block it all from her mind so she didn't feel that gaping part of her soul that was now gone, forever, probably. He was.. um.. all I had for a while. We kept each other alive. He took most a' the hurt from everyone else. Y'know it probably scrambled his brain a bit. Her paws were unable to be still, nails flexed against the ground, a testament to the unease. She let out a lighter laugh, if only to pull her away from it again.

Did you have any littermates?
