He playfully leered at Killdeer, his dark gaze demanding answers. What were these plans? How did they involve his mother, not to mention the man before him? If he had to guess, Bushtit supposed Towhee perhaps planned to relocate to Moonspear when she could. That would be a little anticlimactic…
