Ankyra Sound Lost in skies of powdered gold

He blinked, and the world awakened, infant senses breaking on the shores of colour. The dark world he'd known have way to light, to shape, to sight. A soft squeak, a startled shake of his head, and then, he laughed. 

The child wiggled in a little circle at his mother's belly to bap the sleeping lumps around him. Two looked the same, and when he glanced at his own paws, he saw they looked they same color as the last pup there, the one who didn't much lol like either of the others at all. He stopped at this one and sniffed at him, leaning in closer to get a better look.
