He was met with no hostility. What a strange little wolf - it even seemed to wish to speak with him.

Settling into a pool after he had gotten his drink, his eye remained fixed on the other. Wolf.. talk much. His speech, scattered and accented by a supposed bearspeak, came rumbling from his throat. Whether or not the wolf would understand him he never knew, but nonetheless it seemed to keep the creatures backed off when he finally piped up.

Admittedly he was interested in this one. He had never seen a canine with such a peculiar shape.
