Ocean's Breath Plateau but i hate to think about you with somebody else

It'd sure been a long time since Riptide had seen a friend along the coastline. Oh, they were out there, he knew for sure - he smelled them crisscrossing his scent trail when he wasn't lookin' - but he hadn't managed to track down a single one, never since the sea-spun girl he'd romped with on the sand, or the pale man who'd taught him a better way to eat crabs.

Crabs had been on his mind when he'd descended into the tide pools today, but the sun had played so brilliantly on the ocean, and the waves - oh, how they'd crashed with such an explosion of sea foam! How could he not give chase? And so, Riptide's hunting devolved into a single minded drive to catch the flying water in his mouth. He laughed and lunged and snapped and spun. Gosh, it felt good to play again; felt good, to be a kid.
