Sea Lion Shores the ocean's lure

The wolf didn't respond, wasn't the chatty kind like the ones Roadkill had met before. Roadkill stared at the dog in wonder as it stared at her for a moment. Seemed harmless enough, though. Then the wolf motioned for her to follow and started to walk along the beach.

Roadkill did not instantly follow, but once she noticed the seal carcass a while down the beach, she came into motion and followed the wolf. A piece of ripped off meat was placed in front of Roadkill, and she stared at the wolf, face void of emotion. She wasn't sure where she deserved this off, but she supposed she should be grateful for it, since her stomach was rumbling like mad. Hunting here wasn't as easy as hunting rabbits in the forest; a beagle trained to kill, Roadkill wasn't the best hunter, but she was better at it than a lot of her fellow dogs, that much was for sure.

"Thanks, Oi s'ppose," Roadkill said when the wolf returned to the seal carcass and started to eat. She noisily took the meat from the ground and started to slobber it down, while chewing noisily, stuffing too much in her mouth and dropping half of it on the ground again while she chewed.
