Miriam remembered when she was younger, the excitement to venture outside of the Orchid know what was outside of her small, little world. The worry her mothers, fathers, sisters, and even her own Amma expressed, but despite all their sorrow of her departure, all wished her farewell with tearful smiles. They knew it was time she would leave, as she was always a curious one.
How her travels led so far and wide, and the memories she made through. Her thoughts drifted toward individuals that brought but a smile, and some that brought a small regret within her face. How she wished her words were more soothing, more acceptable, to where Miriam could offer advice worth listening, but the times that the maiden tried- she failed.
She tried and tried, her very best, and that was all that matters, right?
A warm smile to the world as the Goddess would wait for her in the Summerlands, the nirvana of the world, and where she truly felt enlightenment. Miriam hoped in this lifetime through her journey could she gain such a love, but it was hard when she continued to trip on her way.
How she should've been far at home, but alas the delusion of what the darkness could give was frightening. The maiden of the Orchid was warned how temptations and sins from the abyssal reign could tempt so far, and she didn't listen, believing in that the Goddess and God would protect her throughout all..
Then upon the night Miriam needed protection, what she thought was a man of God, an Apostle of a warrior, was but a illusion of her own doing. Yet, she was then shackled with more then her own life- and so was many other woman within that forest. How pitiful to find so many bared with the same man and all unloved, as none claimed the title until future dates..
She wanted to live peacefully so, and love her daughter and son despite how dark the timing was. How Miriam rarely left her den, but upon seeing their faces, she lit up.
There was no regret within this life, but there was after the factor.
How she should've been there for her daughter, and her son. One attacker who she never knew was brought to life, and for the first time she questioned; could he be saved? Did she want that? Such scorn she felt, such hatred that was wild. Her beautiful girl @Liliana deserved more, but as a mother, she seemed absent. Shortly then her own son disappeared..
A disaster after the other.
And as life went on, so did the loneliness in her heart. The rejection of her daughter had harmed her so, that she rejected her very own body, and tried to take one's own life.
Yet here she was, alive and.. Thankful. For Miriam was at peace. She had not gotten over the heartache and wretch that happened in Neverwinter, as this forest only brought pain and suffering to the woman, and thus did she realize, to truly reach enlightenment and evolve to something more, it was time to leave.
The fog was heavy as the snow ceased for the night. Warm and cold, a frosty air as Miriam stepped out of the cold forest, her figure into the wispy night. A moonlit gaze back toward the memory, but her footsteps continued forth even if she knew it couldn't be.
And so, did a lone wolf disappear into the fog of the night.
Within her follow, was another figure lurking in her steps.
