Tirgatao, too, relished in the break in the weather and took the oppertunity to leave the caverns behind to stretch her legs and explore. The weather hadn't afforded her the luxury of getting to know the territory for more than a day or two before barging in and chasing her toward the warmth of the cavern. It was weird to think she'd spent more time in the caves than out in the place she now called home since her arrival. But she was a patient woman, and she was glad for the warmer temperatures and milder, more normal, rain. But she didn't stay out too long. She knew Heda's patience with the pack sheltering in her personal den area would wear thin eventually, so she was taking advantage of the pack's closeness while it lasted.

As she approached the cavern mouth from the south, she spotted a familiar form—the wolf she'd come to know as Dio. Portia's mate, and their Wocha. She hadn't had much of a chance to speak with him. He hadn't been very forthcoming when they'd all teamed up to drag the seal carcass back to the pack but, granted, there wasn't really much room for words then in the first place. Tirgatao's soft brown eyes softened at the site of him. He was an important figure in Drageda and though her initial doubt in Heda's decision to allow outsiders to sit in her inner circle, Tirgatao had gained an appreciation for both Wildfire and Dio. They were hardworking as any Seageda wolf and, perhaps, far more loyal.

The Kru put on a friendly smile as she approached, and offered him a amiable wave of her bushy tail. Her ears lay to the side and she eyed the frozen almost-deer he had clutched in his mouth. A gift for his mate? "Hey, need some help?" she asked as she strode up to nose him submissively on the cheek.
"There are no guarantees in the future. That's why today, the time we have now, is important."
