forward dated a week!


She was growing more mobile even if she hadn't grown much in size or weight. What growth she did manage was slower than normal, but she neither noticed nor cared, likely because she didn't know any better. 

The sun pulled her from the den. The seastar scampered and hopped her way into the light and then threw herself into its warmth. She skidded across stone and dirt but giggled once she stopped. Leaving the den always provided her with entertainment. 

When she was sufficiently warm, she sat up and looked around for something else to explore.
