The priestess hissed, but found her question to be answered by the yelling nearby.

The trees parted to reveal a young wolf snarling at Crescendo, screaming something about his parents. Meldresi barked, her normally svelte voice cutting harshly through the argument. "That is enough." She growled, her tail raised high. "Explain this, Crescendo."
