How do I link to a specific reply? How do I get a randomly generated image?

Just as the title says, two random questions XD

1) If I'm on a long thread, such as adoptables or my pawprints page, how do I link a specific reply in that thread rather than the whole thread itself?

2) What is the name of that website that allows your pfp to randomly change into a different one?

1. there should be a number in the top right corner of each post that contains a link directly to that post! (so on this thread your post should have #1 in its top right corner while my one will have #2).
