A time when she and Osprey had switched names for a day to fool a stranger. But she didn't want to be Osprey, and that rouse was likely to wear off too soon. Ty's mental gears turned as quickly as they possibly could. "My name's Hawkeye," she lied. She knew she couldn't ever bring The Sunspire into this mess. Amekaze would be most displeased if she found out one of her subordinates was trespassing on another pack's property... not to mention Summer, her father, and the list went on.

"What would somebody else do?" she asked, still stuck on that phrase he'd used. Speaking of him, "Hawkeye" took a moment longer to take in his appearance. He was bulky, not lean like Tytonidae. The entirety of his fur was as dark as the midnight sky, except for a splash of white on his muzzle. He didn't hold the same sweet gentleness in his eyes that Summer did, but somehow that seemed more... appealing? Was that the word she wanted to use for that?
