Elwood quickly made it apparent that he too had no intention of breaking the silence that had grown between them.  It hadn't grown in just this moment, of course.. It had grown over the past week, ever since that terrible night when they'd both realized the most wonderful thing of their lives and had lost it in the very same instant.  Fin let the moments of silence linger as her gaze remained trained upon the stream.  She didn't want to look away, just as much as she didn't want to speak to him.  There were only certain words upon her tongue and she knew that if she were to speak, they would be set free to bring the walls around their happy lives down.


But... that was the whole reason she'd come here, wasn't it?

"We should talk," Fin said finally, though she found herself unable to continue as her mouth ran dry and her tongue lied limply in her mouth.  Tears stung the corners of her eyes, but did not fall.
