They were somehow downwind too, despite being uphill.

Motioning for the other female to wait, Wildfire did her best to carefully pick her way down to where the other stood. "Mountain goat, that way," she muttered under her breath. "Do you think we'd have a chance? I'm no Gamekeeper and I'm kind of a klutz..." But maybe it was worth a try?
