She blinked, wondering at the identity of said asshat, though before she could ask, Charon made a few other comments that sidetracked her. Wildfire wasn't familiar with either the Sunspire nor anybody named Ame, though she figured out they were a pack and individual, respectively, based on contextual clues. The fact that another pack had taken in the injured Charon surprised her—it was certainly not something her own family would do—but she was glad for her friend.

"Are you okay?" she had to ask, even though he looked all right, all things considered. "I don't know an Ame, or anything about that pack. Is it close by?" She didn't think she was trespassing, based on scents alone, though it wasn't like Charon would attack her if she was, considering it wasn't his territory. Wildfire wondered how that all worked, though she didn't ask. Instead, she waited to hear his answer.
