Speaking of which, Finley tagged her abruptly and then took off up the trail, throwing caution to the wind as she Tokyo drifted around a bend. "Hey!" Wildfire yelled as loud as she could (which wasn't loud at all), playful indignation coloring her tone. "Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater!" she accused even as she broke into a laugh and a run simultaneously, tailing her wily aunt.

It didn't take long for Wildfire's legs to get tangled. She stumbled and came precariously close to tipping right off the edge, only to swerve in a very ungainly manner and avoid plummeting to her death. She buckled her legs and tumbled to her belly, staying down for a moment to catch her breath before leaping onto all fours again and fearlessly (and recklessly) resuming her pursuit.
