"Kids?" she echoed dumbly. It surprised her, initially, but then Wildfire decided it made total sense. "Well, we're not close enough to justify a visit, especially with pups in the picture. But if you tell her I said 'congrats,' that would be awesome. I was just going to ask you to tell her 'hello,'" Wildfire admitted with a sheepish laugh. "Reek too," she added. She actually got along with him better, all things considered.

"I'm Wildfire, by the way," she finally remembered to say. "Guess that's pertinent info, if you're trying to pass along a message." Her lips twitched and her amber gaze absently fell to her kill, then back up to the other female's face. "You hungry?" If she was going to pass a message for her, the least Wildfire could do was offer her some food in exchange.
