Were it possible for the newborn to snicker, he would have been doing so as he was simply so delighted by the nibbles he was managing to inflict upon his sibling. It was satisfying in a way that only his mother's milk and snuggles had been thus far. One might even say it was fun, but that wasn't a concept he was able to quite grasp yet.

Just in the midst of having the time of his life, the world went upside down. One moment he was biting, the next he was rolling as the object of his pestering began to fight back. The silver pup's tiny paws flailed as his sister climbed up onto him. With a squall, he cried for help again, hoping that this thing that was upsetting him so would be removed so that he could go back to biting it in peace.
