Firefly Ravine between the devil and the deep blue sea

The other introduced herself as Indie, and Ty was about to continue the conversation when—out of nowhere—she was splashed with water. She bristled for a split second, but upon hearing the joyful laughter and seeing the light-hearted body language of the other girl, Ty quickly changed her attitude and smacked the water with her paw as well, sending a sheet of water flying in Indie's direction.

"Singer. Splasher. What other lovely talents do you possess?" Ty teased, genuinely happy to meet somebody who seemed a little bit more light-hearted than so many she'd met during her travels. It reminded her of her youth, when things had been simple, easy, and fun.
