Maera was so fixated in her search she didn't even notice when the first wolf scurried by. To be honest she would have probably not even noticed the second wolf if she didn't hear her chuffing. Yeah, that was how 'lost into her own world' she was now. With a quick movement of her head that broke the trance she had put herself under she came to look at the stranger. 

"hey!" she barked, her tail also wagging whilst she gave her a quick once over with her hazel eyes. She was young and alone, and for a second, Maera saw herself reflected in her. She wondered if like she had been at her age, this girl was a loner, but quickly the scent of others entwined in her own told Maera she wasn't. Continuing with the mini flashback, Maera then missed not only being the female's age again, but being back where she had been at such time. 
In the coast.

She made a note of paying a visit to the coast as soon as she could - that if she didn't find any other pack on her way.

She didn't know if she should introduce herself or wait until the girl greeted her back, so with a soft hum Maera simply waited.
